These Terms & Conditions govern the use of VAT BOX’s services and the corresponding payment obligations.
1. Service Confirmation
- All services are considered confirmed only upon signed agreement or email confirmation from the client and/or upon receipt of payment (as per invoice terms).
- A detailed scope of work and timeline will be shared after confirmation.
2. Pricing & Invoicing
- Service fees are communicated clearly through formal quotations or invoices.
- All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and may be subject to 5% VAT.
- VAT BOX reserves the right to adjust pricing based on service scope or urgent delivery timelines.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment modes:
- Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
- UAE Bank Cheque (upon approval)
- Cash (for in-office payments)
- Online Payment Gateway (if available)
Bank account details will be shared on official invoices.
4. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: Most services require 100% advance payment prior to initiation.
- Installments (for packages): Certain services or bundled packages may be eligible for 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery, subject to approval.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Payments are non-refundable once a service has commenced or documents have been submitted to government portals.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before service initiation to be considered for a partial refund.
- Refunds, if any, are processed within 15 working days, subject to management approval and deduction of applicable admin/processing fees.
6. Delayed Payments & Penalties
- Invoices unpaid beyond the due date may be subject to a late fee of AED 100 per week.
- VAT BOX reserves the right to suspend or withhold reports or filings until dues are cleared.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all required documents and information in a timely manner.
- Any delay in providing information may impact service deadlines, and VAT BOX is not liable for such delays or resulting penalties.
8. Government Fees & Penalties
- Our service fees do not include government charges, penalties, fines, or third-party portal charges unless explicitly stated.
- Clients are solely responsible for settling their tax dues, penalties, or FTA payments.
9. Confidentiality
- All client data and documents are treated with strict confidentiality and are stored securely.
- We never share data with third parties without written consent unless required by UAE regulatory authorities.
